Milena Arsic

Milena Arsic works for the Australian Public Service on international trade matters. She is also part of the Women in National Security subcommittee of the Institute for Regional Security, supporting the professional development of women in a traditionally male-oriented field. Milena has previously worked as an Investigator for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and interned at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization in Vienna. She holds a European Masters in Law and Economics from the University of Bologna/University of Vienna, where she was awarded the Best Master’s Thesis prize. At the EUI, Milena will explore ways to strengthen transnational security governance, drawing on lessons learnt from the EU experience.
